There are three options depending on your panel. Most blood-based tests can be collected at home by a certified phlebotomist we send to you — no clinic visit required. You can also visit a local lab at a time that suits you. Some specialty panels use a mail-in collection kit, allowing you to collect your sample at home (saliva, urine, dried blood spot, or stool) and return it by mail.
